1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bp999 ("bp999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bp999 website at https://bp999.app, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and all associated services including the sports sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and bonus programmes.

By creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the bp999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bp999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bp999 is operated for and targeted at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. bp999 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players from such jurisdictions who circumvent geo-restrictions to access bp999 do so entirely at their own risk and will not be protected by these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process

To open a bp999 account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your real name, valid date of birth, a current email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must not use false or misleading information during registration. bp999 reserves the right to verify all submitted information at any time.

• Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• All information provided must remain current — you are obligated to update your account details if they change.
• bp999 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bp999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to security and fair play. At any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal — bp999 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable documents may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bp999 username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bp999 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform, and enabling all available account security features including OTP verification.

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bp999 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bp999 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bp999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus is active and subject to unmet wagering requirements without forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure by bp999

bp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — and to withhold or void any associated funds or winnings — if bp999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The player has opened more than one account on the platform.
• The player has engaged in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion.
• bp999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bp999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and, if required, complete a re-verification step.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

bp999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be reviewed under bp999's fraud-prevention procedures.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bp999 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bp999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to specific accounts or payment methods as part of its risk-management procedures. Players depositing amounts that trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) business minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions made during normal operating hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one to five (1–5) business days depending on the issuing bank. bp999 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by third-party payment provider operations.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method in the player's own name that has been used for a deposit on the account. bp999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Any deposit made using a bonus offer must meet all associated wagering requirements before a withdrawal of winnings can be approved.
• bp999 reserves the right to void winnings and recover bonus funds if bonus terms have been violated.
• No withdrawal will be processed from a suspended or under-review account until the review is resolved.

5 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

bp999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time each offer is made.

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in bonus voiding, account suspension, and potential recovery of associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bp999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the offer terms. As a general reference:

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date they are credited to the player's account. If the wagering requirements have not been met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each specific offer will be stated in its individual terms.

5.4 Responsible Use of Bonuses

Players who have activated a self-exclusion or deposit limit on their bp999 account are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of restriction. bp999 encourages all players to consider whether accepting a bonus aligns with their personal approach to responsible gaming before opting in.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bp999 platform. Engaging in any of the actions below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
2. Money Laundering: Using bp999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
3. Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account on bp999, whether using the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
4. Match-Fixing and Collusion: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of fixed or pre-arranged outcomes; colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, abuse of promotions via multiple accounts, or any other scheme designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
6. Automated Play: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with bp999 outside of a genuine human player session without bp999's prior written authorisation.
7. System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the bp999 platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid.
8. Underage Access: Accessing or using bp999 while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access by a third party.

7 Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability

bp999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its platform is available at all times. However, bp999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond bp999's reasonable control. bp999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

7.2 Game Outcomes

All games on bp999 are powered by certified third-party game providers using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bp999 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. bp999 accepts no liability for losses incurred during game play, whether arising from platform participation, individual game results, or betting outcomes on the sportsbook.

7.3 Third-Party Services

bp999 relies on third-party services for payment processing (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), game content delivery (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others), and platform infrastructure. bp999 shall not be liable for delays, errors, or failures attributable to third-party service providers, provided that bp999 has taken reasonable steps to select reputable partners and to mitigate foreseeable risks.

7.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

bp999 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm arising out of the use of or inability to use the bp999 platform.

8 Amendments & Termination

8.1 Right to Amend

bp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bp999 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bp999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.2 Termination by bp999

bp999 may terminate or suspend access to all or any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately.

8.3 Termination by the Player

You may terminate your relationship with bp999 at any time by requesting account closure through the support team at [email protected]. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations as at the date of termination. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed in the normal course subject to the conditions stated in Section 4.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and bp999, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bp999's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] in writing.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with bp999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between bp999 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
